Once again we packed the van and car and headed off, heading in the rough direction of home. The wind has picked up and you can certainly feel it moving the car and van about.
The next couple of days will be travelling days, today we are heading towards Morgan. Morgan is a historic town on the banks of the Murray River, it was once a major inland port.
We arrived mid afternoon, after setting up, I tried my hand fishing, as usual, nil result. Bev had a wander around the streets.

Today we headed off from Morgan, a very pleasant spot, certainly worth another visit. (might put that on our list) We have a rough plan for the day, head somewhere towards the border, with another free camp night along the way.
This morning the wind had abated, and it was a much more pleasant a drive. We drove from Morgan to Waikerie and then onto Loxton. We lunched in Loxton, and had a look around the town.
After lunch we headed towards Bordertown and looking for a sport to free camp overnight. Never plan anything.........that's when it starts raining (and makes the off-the-road spots we like a bit difficult to access.....)
Once again we adapt the plan and elect to stay the night in Bordertown. So at this stage we will arrive home a day earlier than originally planned. We'll save that day and tack it on to our next getaway. (or spend it getting red dust out of every nook and cranny of the car and van!)
For those of you that may be disappointed...... I thought I'd put in a couple of pics....

Well done sween great trip cant wait to catch up for a chat.
